Osvaldo Morales

Osvaldo provided product demonstrations, customer installations, customer training, coordinated development projects, monitored legislation, developed support and development yearly product plans. It was during this time, that Osvaldo realized the importance of good customer relationships. This is the foundation for building a solid, growth-oriented company. If you can solve customers' problems, provide them with excellent service, they will be your customers for life.
Osvaldo went to work at Harbinger Corporation in 1996, as a Unix Systems & Database Administrator. Osvaldo was promoted to IT Manager coordinating all information systems of the Dallas unit of Harbinger. During this time he obtained several certifications including Oracle DBA Certification, and Microsoft SQL Server DBA certification. This experience gave him the knowledge of modern development environments and industry standard databases. He now understood the importance of establishing and managing a technical direction for a software product.
While PACS was being developed, True Automation was incorporated in 1997. Osvaldo joined LPS-True Automation on a full-time basis in January of 1999.
