True Automation now offers a software solution which allows county and city government entities to manage the entire permit process. The system is designed in a modular fashion so that the software adapts to clients’ current business processes.

Permit+ completely automates and simplifies the permit application process, including the following sub processes: the review process, the re-submittal process, the approval process and the inspection process. The software routes permit applications for review, allows users to upload plans and other documents, allows users to create their own inspection reports and generate certificates of occupancy easily through an intuitive, user-friendly interface.

This will automate the difficult task of completing a permit – application check-in, planning review, fee calculations and collections, inspections, sign-offs, and task lists. This will help entities with city code compliance and enforcement.
