True Automation now offers a Penpad implementation service to all customers. This new professional service engagement consists of the following deliverables:

• Hardware recommendation and selection. True Automation will manage all aspects of hardware relationship including maintenance and support on behalf of customer. (includes penpad device and digital camera).
• Definition and written assessment of customer’s technical environment.
• Upgrade of customer’s version of PACS (if necessary).
• PACS Appraisal penpad software module. Includes full integration into customer’s environment as well as on site and field device testing.
