November 14, 2005– Guadalupe Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Guadalupe CAD is located at Seguin Texas. Chris Boenig, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings. Guadalupe CAD will have over 60,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

November 7, 2005 - Upshur County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Upshur Appraisal Office is located at Gilmer, Texas. Chief Appraiser, Sarah Pruit, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Upshur CAD appraises over 34,000 parcels each year and is responsible for another 104,000 mineral accounts.

October 28, 2005 – Val Verde County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Val Verde CAD is located at Del Rio Texas. Ricky Martinez, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings. Val Verde CAD will have over 25,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

October 28, 2005 – Ellis Central Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Ellis CAD is located at Waxahachie, Texas. Kathy Rodrigue, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, services offered, and customer satisfaction ratings. True Automation we will be performing the deed/ownership maintenance in PACS as well as updating the map for over 70,000 parcels.

September 28, 2005 - Fannin County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Fannin CAD is located at Bonham, Texas. Mike Shannon, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, product features, and customer satisfaction ratings. Fannin CAD will have over 25,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

Tax Collector, Mae Vion Meyer, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Bandera County Tax Office Collects approx. 65,000 bills each year.

September 20, 2005 - Bandera County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Bandera Appraisal Office is located at Bandera, Texas. Chief Appraiser, Ed Barnes, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Bandera CAD appraises over 35,000 parcels each year.

September 15, 2005 - City of Sudan Tax Office selects True Automation as its provider of property collections software. City of Sudan is located in Lamb County. Tax Administrator, Mechele Edwards led the company evaluations and selection of software products.

September 12, 2005 - Swisher County Tax Office selects True Automation as its provider of property collections software. Swisher County Tax Office is located at Tulia, Texas. Tax Collector Brenda Gunnels led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Swisher County collects over 30,000 bills each year.

September 9, 2005 - Madison County Tax Office selects True Automation as its provider of property collections software. Madison County Tax Office is located at Madisonville, Texas. Tax Collector Beverly Plumlee led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Madison County collects for approximately 39,000 bills each year.

September 1, 2005 - Duval County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Duval Central Appraisal Office is located at San Diego, Texas. Chief Appraiser Ernesto Molina led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Duval CAD appraises approximately 30,000 parcels each year.

August 16, 2005 - Madison County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Madison Central Appraisal Office is located at Madisonville, Texas. Chief Appraiser Larry Krumnow led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Madison CAD appraises approximately 19,000 parcels each year.

July 20, 2005 - La Salle County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal & tax collections software. La Salle Central Appraisal District is located at Cotulla, Texas. Interim Chief Appraiser Richard Petree led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. La Salle CAD appraises & collects for approximately 17,000 parcels each year.

July 11, 2005 - Uvalde County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal & tax collections software. Uvalde Central Appraisal District is located at Uvalde, Texas. Chief Appraiser Elida Sanchez led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Uvalde CAD appraises & collects for approximately 29,000 parcels each year.

July 7, 2005 - Ellis County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Ellis Central Appraisal Office is located at Waxahachie, Texas. Chief Appraiser Kathy Rodrigue led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Ellis CAD appraises approximately 80,000 parcels each year.

June 23, 2005 – Swisher County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collection software. Swisher County Appraisal Office is located at Tulia, Texas. Cindy McDowell, Chief Appraiser, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Swisher CAD appraises and collects for over 10,000 parcels.

June 16, 2005 - Comanche County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Comanche CAD is located at Comanche, Texas. Rhonda Woods, Chief Appraiser, selected True Automation based on industry experience, product features, and customer satisfaction ratings. Comanche CAD will have over 15,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

June 13, 2005 – Cameron County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Cameron County Appraisal Office is located at San Benito, Texas. Chief Appraiser Frutoso Gomez and IT Director Rolando Cruz led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Cameron CAD appraises approximately 190,000 parcels each year.

April 27, 2005 – Lamar County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of GIS Services. Lamar CAD is located at Paris, Texas. Cathy Jackson, Chief Appraiser, said that the District selected True Automation based on industry experience and customer satisfaction ratings. Lamar CAD will have over 34,000 parcels as part of their base map when their project is completed.

March 24, 2005 – Fayette County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal & tax collections software. Fayette County Appraisal District is located at LaGrange, Texas. Karen Schubert, Chief Appraiser, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Fayette County Appraisal District appraises and collects for over 40,000 parcels.

March 15, 2005 – Scurry County Tax Office selects True Automation as its provider of property collections software. Scurry County Tax Office is located in Snyder, Texas. Jana Young, Tax Assessor Collector, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Scurry County Tax Office collects taxes for over 70,000 parcels.

March 10, 2005 – Rains County Appraisal District selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and collections software. Rains CAD is located in Emory, Texas. Carrol Houllis, Chief Appraiser, led the product evaluations and selection of software companies. Rains CAD appraises and collects for over 14,000 parcels.
