December 20, 2007 – Camp County Appraisal District, located in Pittsburg, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collections software. Camp CAD selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Camp CAD appraises over 18,500 parcels and collects over 60,000 tax bills annually.

October 17, 2007 – Clallam County Assessors Office, located in Port Angeles, WA, select True Automation as its property assessment software provider. Assessor Pam Rushton and her staff selected True Automation’s PACS based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Clallam County assesses over 55,000 parcels.

Treasurer Judith Scott and her staff selected True Automation’s PACS based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, integration with their Assessor’s office, and positive feedback from many of True Automation ’s current customers.

August 17, 2007 – Calhoun County Appraisal District, located in Port Lavaca, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Chief Appraiser Drew Hahn selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Calhoun CAD will have over 23,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

July 31, 2007 – Upton County Appraisal District, located in McCamey, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collections software. Chief Appraiser Sherri Stephens selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Upton CAD appraises over 71,000 parcels and collects over 45,000 tax bills annually.

July 30, 2007 – Rockwall County Tax Office, located in Rockwall, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property tax collections software. Tax Assessor-Collector Barbara Barber and her staff selected True Automation’s PACS Collections based on based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Rockwall County Tax Office collects over 40,000 tax bills annually.

July 28, 2007 – Swisher County Appraisal District, located in Tulia, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Chief Appraiser Cindy McDowell selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Swisher CAD will have over 7,500 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

July 21, 2007 – Kinney County Appraisal District, located in Brackettville, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Chief Appraiser Bill Haenn selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Kinney CAD will have over 11,500 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

Chief Appraiser Hollis Boatright and her staff selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based on its reputation in the market as well as demonstrated functionality and ease of use. Blanco CAD appraises over 16,000 parcels annually and collects over 55,000 tax bills.

July 9, 2007 – Kenedy County Tax Office, located in Sarita, TX, selects True Automation as its property tax collections software provider. Tax Assessor-Collector Eleuteria Gonzales selected True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted property tax collections solution based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Kenedy County Tax Office collects over 12,000 tax bills annually.

June 28, 2007 – Coryell County Appraisal District, located in Gatesville, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Chief Appraiser Jerry Hogg selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Coryell CAD will have over 33,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

June 18, 2007 – Hidalgo Independent School District, located in Hidalgo, TX, selects True Automation as its property tax collections software provider. Tax Assessor-Collector Hilda Rios selected True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted property tax collections solution based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Hidalgo ISD Tax Office collects over 7500 tax bills annually.

June 27, 2007 – Cass County Appraisal District, located in Linden, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal and tax collections software. Chief Appraiser Ann Lummus selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal and Collections based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Cass CAD appraises over 46,000 parcels annually and collects over 93,000 tax bills.

June 26, 2007 – Fayette County Appraisal District, located in La Grange, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Chief Appraiser Karen Schubert selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Fayette CAD will have over 27,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

June 26, 2007 – La Joya Independent School District, located in La Joya, TX, selects True Automation as its property tax collections software provider. Tax Assessor-Collector George Barreiro selected True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted property tax collections solution based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. La Joya ISD Tax Office collects over 47,000 tax bills annually.

June 15, 2007 - David Stoneking, True Automation, GIS Technician, took a 2nd place award for Most Informative Map at the SCAUG 2007 Conference in New Orleans in April. Each year the South Central Arc User Group holds a conference for members within the tri-state region. David’s map was one of over 50 entries and was voted on by all members attending the conference. Skagit County assesses over 78,000 parcels.

May 22, 2007 – Iowa Park CISD, located in Iowa Park, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property tax collection software. Jonathan Clubb of the Iowa Park CISD evaluated vendors and selected True Automation’s PACS Collections based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Iowa Park ISD collects over 10,000 tax bills annually.

May 14, 2007 – Llano Central Appraisal District, located in Llano, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of property appraisal software. Co-Chief Appraisers Clarence McDaniel and Cindy Cowan selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal based its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Llano CAD appraises over 39,000 parcels annually.

April 17, 2007 – Lyford Consolidated Independent School District Tax Office, located in Lyford, TX, selects True Automation as its property tax collections software provider. Lyford ISD selected True Automation due to their leadership in Texas tax collection software as well as their outstanding relationship with Thos. Y. Pickett. True Automation and Thos. Y. Pickett signed a joint marketing agreement earlier this year. Lyford ISD Tax Office will deploy True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted tax collection solution.

March 30, 2007 – Denton Central Appraisal District, located in Denton, TX, selects True Automation as its property appraisal software provider. Chief Appraiser Joe Rogers and his staff selected True Automation’s PACS Appraisal based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. Denton CAD appraises over 360,000 parcels.

March 22, 2007 – Brooks Independent School District Tax Office, located in Falfurrias, TX, selects True Automation as its property tax collections software provider. Brooks ISD selected True Automation due to their leadership in Texas tax collection software as well as their outstanding relationship with Thos. Y. Pickett. True Automation and Thos. Y. Pickett signed a joint marketing agreement earlier this year. Brooks ISD Tax Office will deploy True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted tax collection solution.

March 12, 2007 – Sterling County Tax Office, located in Sterling City, TX, selects True Automation as its property tax collection software provider. Tax Assessor-Collector Joy Manning selected True Automation due to their depth of functionality and outstanding relationship with the county’s mineral appraisal firm, Thos. Y. Pickett. True Automation and Thos. Y. Pickett signed a joint marketing agreement earlier this year. Sterling County Tax Office will deploy True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted solution.

March 1, 2007 – City of Carrollton, Texas selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider for their ortho-rectification project. The city selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. City of Carrollton will have over 30,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

February 15, 2007 – Sutton County Appraisal District, located in Sonora, TX, selects True Automation as its GIS Services provider. Chief Appraiser Mary Bustamante selected True Automation based on industry experience, rapid return-on-investment, and customer satisfaction ratings. Sutton CAD will have over 6,000 parcels as part of their base map once the project is complete.

February 14, 2007 – McMullen County Appraisal District, located in Tilden, TX, selects True Automation as its property appraisal software provider. McMullen CAD selected True Automation due to their leadership in Texas appraisal software as well as their outstanding relationship with Thos. Y. Pickett, the county’s mineral appraisal firm. Tax Assessor-Collector Elida Linares selected True Automation’s PACS.Online hosted property tax collections solution based on its track record of successful implementations, depth of product functionality, superior technology, and positive feedback from many of True Automation’s current customers. LaSalle County Tax Office collects over 15,000 tax bills annually.

January 31, 2007 – McMullen County Tax Office, located in Tilden, TX, selects True Automation as its provider property tax collections software. January 22, 2007 – Titus County Appraisal District, located in Mt. Pleasant, TX, selects True Automation as its provider of Deeds Maintenance Services. True Automation will be performing all deeds maintenance work in Titus CAD’s CAMA and GIS systems.
