	User will learn features available to process personal property renditions through PACS including the Personal Property Rendition Wizard.	User will learn best practices of how to process supplements on the Treasurer side with the PACS application. Course will also cover the concept of bill modification.

	User will be instructed on mass appraisal concepts within PACS to set values in an easy and efficient manner.	Review of available reports, recommended balancing procedures and distribution processes.
